BT Local Business, Inspired Communications Ltd, is a 26 strong team owned by Chris and Karen O’Loughlin. Chris has worked in the telecoms industry for the last 20 years, while Karen has several years’ experience with Nortel and BT.

Trading since 2003. Inspired Communications Ltd works with around 33,000 existing BT customers in the South East of England. It is one of approximately 52 BT Local Businesses covering the UK.

Customers can talk to their BT Local Business about the whole range of BT products which may be suitable for them, from telephone lines and systems, VoIP, Hosted VoIP, data networks and broadband, to fully networked offices. All solutions are installed, maintained and billed directly by BT.

The team’s portfolio includes broadband, and they are keen to support businesses wanting to benefit from the advantages of having a broadband connection.

A key aim is to help customers leverage the range of e-business and e-commerce opportunities afforded by broadband to trade online, which can in turn give them a competitive edge as well as reducing transaction costs and business overheads.
