Job Description

Senior Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent needed to join this growing Estate Agency in Cheam / Worcester Park, Surrey.

As an independently owned business that forms part of one of the UK’s largest Estate Agency groups, they are able to offer the right Senior Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent candidate the opportunity to progress within the business to Branch Manager and potentially to Branch Partner level.

LOCATION: Cheam / Worcester Park, Surrey SALARY: £14 - £17K plus UNCAPPED BONUS, OTE £30K - £40K BENEFITS: Company car, 5 day week

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent will possess the following attributes:

• €¢ A proven performer who is able to work autonomously and to sales targets

• €¢ Mature, responsible and willing to take a lead role within the business

• €¢ Some listing experience would be advantageous but not essential

• €¢ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where hard work, customer service and meeting targets are your motivation to succeed

• €¢ The ability to work as part of a successful team

• €¢ Superb communication skills

• €¢ A proven track record as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent

• €¢ Full driving licence essential
