Establishing training needs for new and existing staff, designing & delivering training courses.

Exciting times to join respected Financial Services group, particularly during period of business growth and commensurate recruitment plans. With a planned programme of new staff commencing, together with the rolling out of new product and service areas, the need to recruit a successful Trainer to complement the team is paramount!

Working closely with Team Managers to identify training requirements, and to evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions, to ensure that all staff are best equipped in their product knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of the regulatory framework.

Current/recent training and coaching experience within the Life/Pensions or Investment sector is essential, well versed in delivering effective training solutions in a customer focused environment. Certificate in Training Practice.
