Full Description:

This position requires a person who is self motivated and well organised with strong communication, numeracy and accuracy skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with administration, operations and accounting to maintain the highest standards and will be expected to use initiative to make decisions to achieve this.

Duties will include inputting invoices, raising credit notes on the SAP system (knowledge of a computerised accounting system is essential). You will also be required to monitor stock, assist with issuing of Terms and Conditions and providing general logistics support. Regular liaison with customers and suppliers will also be required therefore and excellent telephone manner is a prerequisite.
