ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED CHEF DE PARTIE LOOKING FOR A NEW POSITION????? READ ON AND APPLY
This thriving busy property in a great Surrey location is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade and help maintain this establishment\'s great reputation.
Duties of Chef de Partie will include:
* Day to Day running of sections within Kitchen
* Maintaining the reputation and high standards of the kitchen
* Preparing and cooking fresh produce
Candidates should be good all rounders with a knowledge of all sections of the Kitchen. A wealth of experience in AA rosette properties is a significant bonus. A passionate attitude and a keen willingness to develop skills are essential for this Chef de Partie position. Communication skills and ability to effectively work as part of a team is a prerequisite.
