Renown Berkshire Restaurant seeks a Talented and Experienced Chef de Partie

This fantastic restaurant in Berkshire has achieved multiple awards for its outstanding cuisine and service. Proud of their use of fresh, local, seasonal produce and a dynamic Head Chef developing fantastic dishes; this establishment provides a fantastic working atmosphere. The Head Chef is currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie.

Duties of this Chef de Partie position will include:
-Maintaining the high standards of this excellent establishment
-Leading and motivating Commis Chefs
-Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
-Assisting in menu development
-Taking part in skill training

The working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this Chef de Partie position will have talent in areas on the kitchen, with knowledge of larder and pastry operations a significant advantage. Applicants should have a wealth of experience in top-quality properties, preferably up to two AA rosette level. An enthusiastic attitude is essential at all times, as is great attention to detail.
