A Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous is required for this traditional hotel with 40 plus bedrooms located in the heart of West Sussex. The restaurant offers Fine dining for up to 50 covers serving superb traditional English cuisine with Mediterranean influences made with fresh local produce.
The client is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous who has experience of working within a 2 rosette background. Having a good range of experience you will be a team player and flexible in your approach to helping out the brigade and taking responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef.
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and experience within in a similar role is preferred.
