Part-Qualified Senior Analyst (Financial Services)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus
Part of Financial Control, the Fee Billing team is responsible for the production of invoices & the associated accounting entries and analysis.
Key to the role is the provision of management Information to the business on trends, receivables, forecasts & Budgets. There will also be the need to work on system projects as required. The role requires extensive liaison with Client Services ensuring that clients are receiving a good level of service. You must ensure that strict controls are adhered to & tight deadlines are met.
RESPONSIBILITIE
Oversee the Production of invoices
Compile rolling forecasts and annual budgets.
Produce Monthly MI pack for the Business (Trends, variances etc)
Continually improve controls
Liaison with the Account Managers/Relationship Managers.
Communicate with partners to resolve discrepancies or provide assistance on invoicing issues.
Ensure we comply with all Audit requirements
Provide all reporting on a timely basis.
Review and document current processes and make improvements
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA
Relevant finance experience, ideally accrued in a large complex organisation
Strong Excel/Access/Visio skills required
Experience of Project Management and a Project Life Cycle
