Full Description:

We are expanding our collections team based in Sunbury-on-Thames and are looking for talented, hard working and focused staff.

Candidates must have the ability to recover debts from individuals who are sometimes in difficult circumstances. The ability to handle objections calmly and deal with people fairly, with a degree of sensitivity, is essential. Successful applicants will have a clear, confident communication style and a mature, level headed approach. Collections or Credit Control experience is preferred, although not essential as full training will be given.
