This company manage a fleet of vehicles for a national courier company. This involves dealing with the rental of the vehicles, any damage or repairs. Ensuring all vehicles are insured and all documents are up to date. They also operate a couple of driver agencies which involves paying the couriers on a weekly basis.

Duties include:

General office administration, filing, answering telephone, generating invoices and rental agreements using in house software and excel, developing and completing excel spreadsheets, completing and sending P.C.N. tickets and motoring offences, dealing with general enquiries for clients, data inputting drivers pay, generally assisting the manager and director.

Going forward they are planning on expanding over the next couple of years and with that there could be the chance for career progression for the right candidate.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

No. of days holiday per annum: 22 days
